By using the Services you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, transmit, display, and process User Content solely as necessary to provide the Services to you.
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of all User Content. We may, but are not obligated to, review, remove, or refuse to host content that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or applicable law.
The Services integrate with third-party services such as Google Calendar, Stripe, Twilio, SendGrid, and others. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising under these Terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold My Well OPS and its affiliates harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your User Content, or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.
We may modify the Services or these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will notify you via email or a prominent notice within the platform. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
