What's included in the free plan?

Manage up to 4 clients with core features — bookings, client records, and basic invoicing. When you grow past 4 clients you’ll be prompted to upgrade.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes — upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect immediately and billing adjusts pro-rata.

What's the difference between Starter, Growth, and Professional?

Each plan unlocks more clients, more features, and lower transaction fees. Professional adds white-labelling, your own domain, business insurance, and team member seats.

Do you offer discounts?

Yes — 60% off for students (first year), 50% off for newly qualified practitioners (first 6 months), and 40% off for registered charities. All on the Professional plan.

Is the website builder included?

The website builder is available as an add-on (£20/mo). It’s the only practice management platform that includes a built-in website builder — no separate tool or hosting needed.

What currency are prices in?
